Our monthly IT support Service includes our LAN/Network Support
We offer our client a full telephone and On-site support to diagnose and resolve, either directly or indirectly, hardware related issues.
What is covered?
• An initial audit of sites to be supported in order to assess each PC and all peripheral devices. Documenting the state of the equipment including its configuration, specification and attachment to other hardware. The following is a list of what details may be noted about each item:
• The configuration of any PCs which use the Internet and pick up email will be recorded to ensure the service continues to work if the settings are lost.
• A catalogue of the software installed on each PC, the make and model of printers noted and the drivers made available if they are not currently.
• Telephone support for PC problems.
• Remote access for PC problems. On of our engineers will have access to your network by a secure remote connection. This will help resolve matters quickly.
• Call out to site within 8 hours.
• The labour element of any repairs and maintenance of PCs is included.
• Replacement of parts is included only if the PC was supplied by Dolphin Promotions Ltd and is within 2 years of its installation date (2 year onsite guarantee)
• Assistance in resolving problems with Laptops, printers and peripheral devices. This may involve costs with 3rd parties.
Note: any hardware or software changes to your PCs not installed by us and subsequently found to have caused a fault will not be covered by this contract and result in a chargeable call.
