Once when have your details we will be able to remotely control your computer allowing us to look into and fix any problems you may have.
Please note this application is developed by TeamViewer and is used by more than 100,000,000 users across the world so it is perfectly safe for you to run. A new password is generated each time the application is run and we can only access your computer when we have your ID and Password
